Problem:
This issue was reported to Lotus Quality Engineering and has been addressed in
Domino 5.0a and 5.0.1.

NOTE: The fix in 5.0 (5.0a) still causes DECS to hang when browsing Oracle.
The QMU to 5.0a contains the fix, which is an updated version of the
NORACLE.LCX file. However, when you run the update, it updates the file in the
LOTUS\NOTES directory but does not touch the file in the LOTUS\DOMINO
directory, which is the one that R5 is looking at when you try to make the
connection.
To create a native Oracle connection, copy the updated NORACLE.LCX from
LOTUS\NOTES to LOTUS\DOMINO. The incremental installer needs to replace both
files.
